Since my boyfriend dumped me for cheating on him a month ago I haven't been my happy self. I've had so much guilt. I've accepted that I can't get him back but I still miss him and it really hurts. Also, I moved back from my uni town to home, and I don't have as many friends here. I've started getting anxious in public and being unhappy and stressed. Recently I got a virus and I think it's because of stress weakening my immune system. What can I do?How to cope with stress, unhappiness, anxiety?

If the feelings persist, you might need to see a doctor. Sometimes anxiety and grief goes away after awhile but some people need treatment, therapy or medication.
